David was registered as a Valuer in 1975 and licensed as a Real Estate Agent in 1977.
He founded PRD Realty Sunshine Coast in 1978.
David sold his equity in PRD Realty and in 1991 went on to take on the responsibility of sales and marketing for some of Queensland’s major residential developers including:

He has conducted the sales and marketing role on projects throughout Queensland with particular focus on Tropical North Queensland the Sunshine Coast Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
