Growing up in Brisbane's vibrant New Farm, James attended St Joseph’s College Gregory Terrace, where he excelled academically and on the rugby field. As a proud player for Brothers Rugby Club in Albion until 2015, James developed a deep connection to the community and a comprehensive knowledge of Brisbane's inner-city suburbs.
After completing secondary school, James pursued a Bachelor of Business, majoring in Real Estate and Property Development, at Griffith University. He further honed his skills and communication expertise by graduating from 'The Dale Carnegie Training Programme' in 2017.
Real Estate Journey
James launched his real estate career in 2015 as part of the leading Property Management Team in Ascot, which was recognized as Queensland’s Number 1 team. This role sharpened his skills in communication, customer satisfaction, and the importance of going above and beyond for clients.
In 2016, James transitioned to sales as an associate for Dwight Ferguson at Ray White Ascot. Learning from one of Queensland's top-performing principals, James gained invaluable insights and practical experience in the competitive real estate market.
In 2018, James joined David Treloar at Ray White Metro North office. Here, his dedication, integrity, and pride in every transaction align perfectly with Ray White's principles, allowing him to deliver outstanding results.
James passion for the analytics of the business have since landed him the role of database manager within the Ray White Metro North team. He brings a weath of insight and deep understanding of the technology space that enables him to assist the entire team in effective communiction techniques for their databases.
