Stephen specialises in the sale of retail related assets. This class includes shopping centres, service stations, bulky goods and development sites in Brisbane and the wider Queensland area. 

Working with, and for, a wide range of clients including both institutional and private investors.

Stephen has an in-depth understanding of the retail market, allowing him to provide prudent advice incorporating:

• Site acquisition and disposal
• Sale negotiation and transaction
• Strategic asset positioning and repositioning
• Buy side investment advisory
• Portfolio sales and acquisitions
• Marketing campaign strategy and implementation.

Additionally, Stephen works closely with our retail leasing division to assist on proposed mixed-use and redevelopments catering to potential population growth.
