Getting to Know Your Local Agent | Kylee Dallimore | Sales Executive | 0428 102 672

What is your most memorable sale?
This is a hard one.  I have sold many, many homes and I remember every client and their story.  They are all equally important to me whether they are sold by auction, private treaty or even off market.   If I have to pick one it would have to be my first.  It was a difficult and lengthy negotiation and I’ll always remember feeling very excited and proud of finalizing the sale.  I know my client was very happy with the process and the result. I’ve since sold a few homes on that street.

What is your favourite part of the job?
Selling homes is a lot of hard work for both the Vendor and the Agent. That moment when we have an unconditional contract and my client knows that our efforts have paid off and they can move on to their next life adventure. I love selling real estate.

What is your favourite activity outside of work?
We have just purchased our first caravan, so we are having lots of fun with that at the moment.  I am starting to run again after a few years off, so you may come across me shuffling around Kalinga Park and the Shaw Rd Sporting fields.

What is your favourite local hangout?
I am loving Wooden Horse Restaurant,Clayfield.  A wonderful local restaurant offering fabulous food with sharp service.  A very relaxing lunch or dinner.

What is your favourite holiday destination and why?
International travel is great, however at this time of our lives we don’t find it a relaxing family holiday.  My family love the beach and we are so blessed here in Brisbane, being so close to the NSW Northern beaches and our Gold and Sunshine Coasts.  If the kids had their way we would holiday at Mooloolaba or Noosa forever more.
