What is your most memorable sale?
Farrington Street, Alderley. The house was the rawest Queenslander I have ever seen on 810m2 with city views. People were breaking into the house at night to check it out, as it looked derelict. Not another person could have fit in the crowd or another vehicle on the streets surrounding come auction day. We had 20 registered bidders, with a sale under the hammer well and truly exceeding the reserve and spectators expectations.
What is your favourite part of the job?
Winning a great listing and then seeing it sell on auction day under the hammer

Mountain biking with friends

Stables Bar in Racecourse Road, Ascot
What is your favourite holiday destination and why?
USA – great food and people, different culture to Australia but still English speaking and friendly.
